Laniya is a fourth grade student attending Burris Laboratory School and has been attending afterschool enrichment at Motivate Our Minds since the first grade. This month, she has earned the prestigious title of student of the month. Laniya is a good student, a hard worker, and has a very respectful and pleasant attitude.
Miss Treneese, the classroom lead in the upper level classroom, chose Laniya to represent Motivate Our Minds as the student of the month because “she is one of the most respectful kids in the class and she gets her homework completed.” Laniya is a diligent student and enjoys working in the garden and participating in many of the clubs offered at the learning center during afterschool enrichment.
